How does the billing work?
Litterluggers are contracted by the owner or the property management company of your community. Litterluggers do not bill individuals directly. You will need to direct billing questions to your leasing office. Our service is designed to streamline the waste removal process for entire communities. For this reason, communities we service generally do not offer individual residents an option to opt out of this service.
The tag lists the guidelines and regulations for using our doorstep collection service. If you received a “reminder” tag, this means you are not within the guidelines. If there are any fines involved, they are issued by, and paid to your leasing office. Litterluggers does not collect or benefit from any fines issued to residents outside of the guidelines.
